Existing Auditor Recognition Guide
IAQG Authentication offers the Existing Auditor Recognition process allowing currently authenticated third-party auditors (with AA or AEA designations) to remain eligible to conduct audits under the IAQG Certification Scheme.
Here’s how it works:
- Beginning 24 June 2026, log into the IAQG Training & Authentication Dashboard using the same account previously used to complete the Aerospace Auditor Transition Training (AATT) course.
- Click the prominent option to “Apply Now” for Existing Auditor Recognition, or click on the “Recognition” link in the top menu.
- Follow the step-by-step process:
- Provide your OIN (OASIS Identification Number) and either your OASIS User ID or the email address associated with your OASIS account. This will link your OIN with IAQG Authentication.
- Select the active authentications you wish to have recognized by IAQG Authentication.
- Agree to the IAQG Authentication legal terms and conditions.
- Agree to the IAQG Code of Conduct.
- Enter the billing address IAQG Authentication should use to send invoices for Annual Maintenance Fees.
- Pay any Annual Maintenance Fees for authentications that will expire either a) during the Recognition Window or b) within 80 days after the end of the recognition window.
- Once payment is received, or if no Annual Maintenance Fees are due for now, the application will be processed within 2 weeks of the end of the Existing Auditor Recognition window, and the new authentication status will be reflected in OASIS.
In general, this Recognition Process should take only a few minutes, assuming auditors can log into their IAQG Training account and know their OASIS account details. Please see below for important clarifications on the above points.
