Existing Auditor Recognition Authentication Selection FAQs
Do I have to migrate all my currently active authentications? What if I want to remove some?
Section titled “Do I have to migrate all my currently active authentications? What if I want to remove some?”You can select which active authentications you want recognized by IAQG Authentication. If you decide that you no longer wish to conduct audits for one or more AQMS standards, simply deselect these standards during the recognition process, and your authentication will be deactivated at the end of the recognition window.
Please note that the 9100 authentication is required for all authenticated third-party auditors in the IAQG Certification Scheme. If you wish to audit to 9110 and/or 9120, you must also be recognized for 9100. If you attempt to remove your 9100 authentication, you will not be recognized for any IAQG AQMS standards.
One or more of my authentications are not showing up. What can I do?
Section titled “One or more of my authentications are not showing up. What can I do?”This could happen if your authentications within OASIS are spread over multiple OASIS user accounts. For the purpose of Existing Auditor Recognition, link the account associated with your active 9100 authentication, and we will attempt to add any 9110 and 9120 authentications to this OIN.
The authentications listed are based on what is active in OASIS at the beginning of the OASIS Lockdown period (18 June 2026). If you had applications in process with an existing AAB that were not actioned in OASIS prior to the lockdown date, they are not eligible for recognition through this automated process.
Questions or concerns related to the alignment of your active authentications should be directed to the Help Desk.
